AniHeals is part of our Animeals program. Thanks to community partnerships, we can provide a healthier, happier life for the pets of our Meals on Wheels seniors in Houston and Galveston County through access to affordable veterinary services.

This program offers comprehensive veterinary care, including preventative health measures and essential treatments to ensure the longevity and happiness of dogs and cats of our seniors.

Understanding the financial constraints many seniors face, Aniheals provides a variety of veterinary services free of charge or at a significantly reduced cost, such as wellness checks, annual vaccinations, flea and heartworm prevention, and spay/neuter procedures.

Our ability to deliver these critical services is made possible through collaborations with organizations such as the Houston Humane Society, a network of local veterinarians, and The Texas Veterinary Medical Foundation (TVMF). These partnerships extend our reach and enhance the quality of care we can provide to the pets of our Meals on Wheels seniors.

Our network includes respected local veterinary clinics:

  • Washington Heights Veterinary Clinic
  • Meyerland Animal Clinic
  • Bayside Animal Hospital, located in Kemah

Houston Humane Society offers complimentary pet transportation for our clients, AMOW (Animeals on Wheels) and GCAMOW (Galveston County Animeals on Wheels). This vital service ensures all pets can receive the care they need without transportation being a barrier.
