On July 15^th Volunteer Houston will conduct an offsite corporate volunteer project with the law firm Vinson & Elkins, LLP from 5:30pm to 7:30.    This VH managed corporate service project led by Gayla Wilson, Project Coordinator – Agency Relations and Corporate Service Programs developed through a relationship between Julie Tran, Dir of D&I & Alumni Relations at V&E, and Eleanor Gates.   Approximately 30 summer interns will fill 500 backpacks with school supplies to benefit The 8^th Annual Back to School Extravaganza sponsored by Ronald McDonald House Charities.   The 2-day back to school event will include onsite mobile clinics that will provide dental screenings, immunizations and health screenings for children and adults.  This project management fee includes covering the cost of the backpacks as well as a portion of the supplies.
