Many refugees arrive in Houston with little more than the clothes on their backs. Everything from shower curtains to dishes to clothing must be provided for them to begin new lives. A great way to help these new neighbors is by hosting a drive.

First, decide on a theme for your drive – clothing, appliances, or household goods. Create signage and/or post information to your social media sites. Email friends and family to let them know about what you’re doing! Click here for a complete “kit” of materials for a refugee services drive.
