Invite friends to attend a “Common Grounds” meeting, or host one. This is an informal meeting of 5-10 donors and/or donor prospects, held at IM or offsite, in which you as the host and IM’s CEO update the group on IM activities and answer questions. It is an opportunity to introduce new prospective donors to IM and/or to further engage existing donors.
