Please join us to celebrate two incredible human beings, Jerzy Kluger and Karol Wojtyla, who became close friends in first grade.  Jerzy was a Polish Jew. Kare is better known as Pope John Paul II. Their lifelong friendship helped Pope John Paul II in the pontiff’s efforts to repair  Catholic-Jewish relations after centuries of antisemitism.
