The annual Bobbi and Vic Samuels Center for Jewish Living & Learning Spring Scholars Series provides a Jewish lens to some of the most pressing issues in the Houston community.

Each session will explore a topic of social and political relevance through a panel discussion that incorporates Jewish, Houston and personal perspectives.

This session’s featured speakers will be Rabbi Oren Hayon from Congregation Emanu El and Ali Al Sudani, Director of Refugee Services at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston.
