During Earth Month, Christ the King Evangelical Lutheran Church invites area Christians to consider relationships as evidenced in scripture. What is God’s relationship with all creation?  How is humanity invited to participate in relationship with God, and with the rest of creation?

As modern people, science informs our understanding of the world around us. Can science help us to elucidate scripture for a more profound understanding of these relationships? Lisa Brenskelle,  team lead for the Creation Care Team at Christ the King and the Lutherans Restoring Creation Team of the Texas Lousiana Gulf Coast Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and a research & development manager professionally, will guide a discussion on these questions & more. Please join in.

Christ the King is located at 2353 Rice Blvd. In the Rice Village in Houston.  Metro bus lines 41, 84 & 27 stop nearby.  Contact Lisa at gcs.lrc@gmail.com for more information.
